PARTIES & WEB SALES Commission

Consultants make 25% commission on party and web sales. Rather than a discount on your personal purchases, you'll make commission on those sales as well.

• Commission = 25% of full retail books and customer specials. (Paid weekly)
• A 4% personal sales bonus is also paid on monthly party & web sales of $1000 or more. (Paid monthly)
• Team Leaders make an additional 8.5% on their own sales and those of their teams. (Paid monthly)
• Consultants make this commission on personal purchases/personal parties as well as customer sales.
• Sales must be submitted as a party, with minimum sales of $100 to earn free books.
• Commission is earn on any amount of sale, regardless of the amount.

Direct Deposit

Sign up for Direct Deposit now to receive your commission weekly, directly into your bank account. UBAM deposits commission weekly via direct deposit.

• You'll be paid commission from your sales from the prior week each Wednesday, with the exception of some holiday weeks.
• Personal Sales Bonuses and Team Leader overrides are deposited on the fifth business day after the month earned.

If you choose not to sign up for direct deposit, you'll be issued a paper check, which typically arrive around the 20th of each month for the prior month of sales. See the consultant manual for information about monthly check payments for less than $25 in commission.
