How host rewards from parties work.

Basic Host Rewards

Host Rewards are supplied by the Home Office to your party hosts (and you, when you are hosting your own parties!) They follow the New Consultant (double free books for 8 weeks!) or Monthly host rewards flyer. There are two categories of host rewards:

Free books

  • Start at $100, but we advertise starting at $250 so hosts have a higher goal.
  • Double Free Book rewards or Monthly Special host rewards are available with minimum sales and at least one booking from the party.
  • Shipping is paid by the host on the FULL RETAIL price of the books. Books can ship one address, either to the host or to the consultant.
  • There is a $2 host fee that allows the host not to pay tax on the full retail price of the books (they pay tax on the $2 instead.)
  • State sales tax is paid by the host on the SHIPPING and the $2 host fee.

Half-Price books

  • Hosts earn $25 in half-price books for every $100 spent. (They pay $12.50 for $25 in books)
  • Shipping is paid on the full retail price of the books.
  • State sales tax is paid on the discounted payment for the books and on the shipping charges.

Party Bonus Books are also available with every party, but are not advertised as host rewards. They are often used by consultants to incentivize hosts or guests.

Party Bonus books

  • $50.00 in books at 35% of the retail price.
  • $10 in party bonus books costs $3.50. $50 in party bonus books costs $17.50.
  • Shipping is paid on the full retail price of the books.
  • Can be shipped to the consultant instead of the host for a $6 shipping fee.
  • An additional 8% shipping will be charged on any overage (more than $50 in retail) when the special delivery feature is used.

Your Team Leader will guide you through entering your first order and help you understand all of the awards.

This Host Rewards chart starts at $100 and is for CONSULTANT USE ONLY. Please don't post in your customer groups, pages or messages.
